Manager - Email Marketing (KSA)




The Role

  • You’ll work to identifying the right target audience and grow our email list.
  • You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing direct email marketing campaigns.
  • You’ll need to carry out quality checks on emails, proofreading them for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
  • You’ll ensure that all email templates are mobile-friendly.
  • You’ll research and suggest ways upgrade our email templates through graphics, personalization, and other advanced features.
  • You’ll analyze our campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • You’ll report on the sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
  • You’ll ensure that emails follow industry best practices.


This is You!

  • You have 6-7 years of email marketing experience from industry-leading E-commerce businesses.
  • You’re fluent in Arabic – you must read, write and speak with native proficiency.
  • You must have an excellent command of English.
  • You have a proven track record of driving, achieving and exceeding revenue goals through well-defined email marketing strategies and quality execution.
  • You’ve mastered best practices in the email marketing industry and can clearly demonstrate this.
  • You’re an expert on SilverPop, Responsys or other leading email marketing platforms and can leverage their features for optimal performance.
  • Your knowledge of UI/UX principles is sound and you care deeply about well-designed email marketing experiences, well-written and well-structured.
  • You understand that the customer is at the heart of everything and you double-check that all emails are designed with the customer experience in mind.
  • You’re a whiz at HTML, CSS and JavaScript and know the ins-and-outs of responsive and adaptive design.
  • You’re great at using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator whenever needed.
  • You’re an expert at planning and forecasting marketing spends.
  • You understand the fundamentals of finance well and are focused on maximizing marketing performance while keeping spends and costs to a minimum.
  • You’re an analytical thinker and have excellent communication skills.
  • You’re well-organized and maintain clean accounts for the tools that you use.
  • You’re always up-to-date on the latest trends and news in the email marketing industry and follow all the right blogs and gurus.
  • You’re comfortable presenting your progress, challenges and projections in regular status update meetings.
