You’ll play a key role in returns management, helping to devise and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You’ll develop processes to ensure that the reverse-logistics system works seamlessly for the customer.
You’ll work with group-wide Warehouse teams to ensure that all the processed returns are sent back to the respective warehouses in line with SLAs.
You’ll identify all transactions where an SOP is required. You’ll draft and implement SOPs, and see that they’re adhered to by key functions and stakeholders.
You’ll deliver excellence by putting the customer first. You’ll collaborate with Customer Service teams to effectively manage all customer expectations.
You’ll work closely with the Merchandizing, Technology and Buying teams, providing them with detailed and regular feedback to reduce the number of returns.
You’ll co-ordinate with Finance and group-wide Warehouse teams to ensure that all financial reconciliations, stock reconciliations and customer refunds are addressed and handled as per our SLAs.
You’ll manage and maintain vendor relationships, monitoring our delivery partners to ensure that processes such as pickup from customer or store and delivery back to the warehouse are in line with SLAs.
You’ll enhance your team’s productivity by continuously improving, streamlining and automating operations processes and systems.
You’ll create business cases to highlight the value and ROI of all new initiatives and projects.

You have 3-5 years of experience working in a Bricks and Clicks environment with the operations team of a leading Omni-Channel organisation.
You have a hands-on, value-driven approach to reverse logistics and warehousing operations.
You’re a passionate and customer-focused operator who delivers excellence by putting the customer first.
You have world-class project management skills, implementing process-flows and work-flows by utilising tools such as Lucid Charts, Basecamp and Team Gantt or any other widely accepted project management tool.
You’re adept at analytics and reporting and are proficient at preparing and presenting performance metrics.
You’re an excellent communicator with great organizational skills.
You have the ability to recognize and respond to changing business needs.
You work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
