You’ll manage the day-to-day processing of multi-brand online orders to improve productivity and reduce costs.
You’ll monitor key fulfillment metrics, quality control, delivery and returns Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across single-concept and multi-concept orders.
You’ll streamline the customer returns flow to make it the most customer-friendly, fastest, most accurate and most optimized solution by working to reduce lead time and provide timely refunds to customers.
You’ll work closely with our courier partners to ensure the quickest possible deliveries to customers across cities, regions and locations.
You’ll engage with the Finance team to negotiate the best commercials with our Supply Chain vendors and keep costs within budget.
You’ll work continuously with the Customer Support team to go beyond Customer Satisfaction and deliver genuine Customer Happiness.
You’ll coordinate with the Group Supply Chain team to create state-of-the-art E-commerce warehouse facilities.
You’ll collaborate with other retail brands within the Group to help them with E-commerce onboarding.
You’ll also interact with our India E-commerce Team, from an operations perspective
You’ll liaise with a variety of teams such as our Corporate Supply Chain team, Territory teams, Web Team, Enterprise Technology team, Brand teams and vendors to implement a highly scalable, cost-efficient solution for our E-commerce business across multiple territories.
You’ll build and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants.

You have 7-8 years of E-commerce Operations experience working with top retail E-commerce companies.
You have an in-depth understanding of warehouse management systems and technology.
You’re an expert on the best packaging techniques for different types of products.
You have a proven record of creating, developing and mentoring a high performance team.
You have strategized and implemented multiple domestic and international projects successfully.
You have the experience and confidence to present business performance to board-level executives.
You work well under pressure and and always deliver on tight deadlines.
You’re excellent at adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are extremely organised.
You create opportunities, overcome obstacles and think outside the box.
